CHAH Girls Visit NYU for the Girl's Science and Engineering Conference

A group of our 10th grade girls visited NYU to attend the NYC Girls Science and Engineering Conference. Our students learned about the various fields in the Science and Engineering and what particular career options they can do!
Our girls were asked and challenged to construct a structurally-sound towers using only spaghetti sticks and gum drops!
Damaris Rodriguez became over excited and thought for a moment their hard work was going to collapse!
They were hundreds of young girls form all over NYC. Our workshops took place overlooking the Chrysler building. Our girls had a great time at the Science Engineering conference!
